The Builder

DutchHolland

Businessman, entrepreneur, excavator, architect, engineer, chemist, mathematician, geologist, plumber, electrician, landscape designer, mason, physicist — and above all, a hydrologist.

Dutch doesn't see pools the way most people do. He sees a living system — water flowing through veins and arteries, chemistry dancing with physics, geology wrestling with Mother Nature. He calls it the Zen of Swimming Pools: the moment when every discipline converges and the whole immense production begins to make sense.

“Oddly, your only reaction is to smile, a knowing smile, at the absolute grandeur of it all.”

The Boss

SheilaHolland

Born in a small Chinese village with no paved roads, no plumbing, no electricity. A champion hurdler for all of China. An IBM electrical engineer. And then — the force that turned a fledgling pool business into a juggernaut.

Sheila runs the operation with the precision of an engineer and the determination of a raging bull. She manages the schedule, tests water chemistry on professional-grade computer equipment, and refuses to oversell a single chemical. Her business plan is simple: solve the problem, earn the trust, keep the customer for life.

“Sheila's mind is better and truer than the computer. She simply chooses to not oversell the customer.”

TheZenofSwimmingPools

The Zen of swimming pools is everywhere, in all places, at all times. It exists in every aspect of Holland Pools. It is the moment when the disciplines of an entire aquatic body — equipped with veins, arteries, and a heart — come to life.

A master learns to see what cannot be seen by others. A master listens to what no one else can hear. Because each body of water is different and unique.
